Mission
The William Byrne Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is a group of Byrne families and teachers who have a shared goal of making our school the best place it can be for our kids! We are a stand-alone 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is fully run by volunteers. The more parents and teachers get involved, the more we’re able to do!
Vision
If you have a child at William Byrne Elementary, you already belong!
Unlike many PTO groups, we are not a membership organization, and you don’t need to sign up or pay dues to be a part of it.

What We Do
The PTO supports our school community in a variety of important ways: We organize fun social events. We create opportunities for information sharing and collaboration among families, teachers, and administrators. We provide grants to every teacher and grade level to help cover costs of programs and resources for our students. We organize our spirit wear program and produce the school yearbook.
Together—as Byrne families, educators, and staff—we identify needs in our community and take action! We’d love for you to be a part of it.
